Mallorca is Insider Villas’ home base in Palma de Mallorca and the island has the brand’s largest sub-portfolio in Spain. The coverage runs from mountain fincas in Deià and Valldemossa to sea-view villas in Port d’Andratx and family houses near Pollença. In Deià, Sóller and the Tramuntana the typical fit is a stone finca with terraces and a quieter setting; Palma, Portals Nous, Bendinat and Port d’Andratx shift toward modern sea-view villas with fast access to marinas, beach clubs and city dining; Pollença, Alcúdia and Formentor suit family weeks with more outdoor space and easier beach time.
