This stunning villa is located on the way to the easternmost point Mallorca, due south from Palma.

A short drive from the airport 20mins, and 30mins from Palma leads one to a residential area called Puig den Ros where this villa is located. It’s not quite in the center of this urbanisation, as it’s been standing for years as a stand alone villa.

It holds court with the best views on the island with a generous 270 look onto the Bay of Palm and due to the east to the rest of the pristine coastline. Although a rocky coastline, it is neighbouring to a sea club – Mahres and a number of secluded beaches where on will feel only a breeze and no one else present. This is the norm on this side of the island where there are more beaches on this coastline that the rest of Mallorca combined.
