GUEST ACCESS
Free access to the entire property and ample outdoor parking area. Fully fenced plot of approximately 6,500 square meters on a slope with NO direct access to the sea.
OTHER NOTABLE DETAILS
Access to the villa is via a pedestrian and vehicular path from the main road leading to the Formentor lighthouse, passing through the estate of the same name until reaching the house. The path is rustic, with compacted dirt and unpaved, so an all-terrain vehicle is recommended. It is important for guests to note that the garden has stairs, areas without safety fences, and slopes, making it NOT a villa recommended for small children.
The property does NOT have direct access to the sea.
