Booking Conditions

By booking through us, you acknowledge reading these conditions and those of the service provider. Personal details are shared with third responsible parties and public authorities when is required for the booking purpose or by law.

Payments and Cancellation
A initial deposit (normally 50%) is required, with full payment due 30-60 days before check-in. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and charges. Cancellation policies may vary by property. Please confirm the cancellation policy of your booking in case of doubt.

CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING:

Rental Rates & Fees:

1. To confirm the booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required (see Cancellation Policy below).
2. The balance (50%) will be due 60 days prior to arrival. Once the balance has been paid, the booking is non-refundable.
3. When booking within 60 days of arrival, a full non-refundable payment is required.
4. The security deposit is due 14 days prior to arrival and payable by credit card or bank transfer and will be released or refunded one week after the end of the stay, provided that the accommodation has been checked to ensure there is no damage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. 20% of the rental deposit paid will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 91 days of the start of the rental period.
2. 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 60 and 90 days before the start of the rental period.
3. 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 59 days before the start of the rental period.
4. For no-show: 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited.

Special Requests

Inform us of any special request you may have during the booking process. All Post-booking requests will be accommodated if possible.

Agency Bookings

Services like car hire, transfers and activities are provided by third parties, and contracts are with them, not with us. We disclaim liability for any third-party services you may contract during your stay.

Travel Requirements

We can offer general information on passport and visa requirements, but it is your responsibility to ensure compliance. Please make sure you have all the information about the travel documents to the selected country.

Complaints

Report complaints promptly for timely investigation and resolution. Compensation may be affected by delayed reporting.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control, such as wars, terrorism, natural disasters, or others.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
