This renovated villa offers room for ten guests plus two infants in five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. You will find one bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, two have double beds, and two have two single beds. You have access to a balcony or terrace from all the bedrooms. 

Enjoy 430m2 of living space with access to the garden through large bay windows. The stylish interior with earthy colors offers a family atmosphere, which is not surprising considering that the villa served as a family home for several generations. The cozy seating area has a large sofa with enough space for the whole family, perfect for that late-night movie. The open living and dining area also offers a quiet corner with desk space suitable for an office.

The dining area leads to a modern and spacious kitchen with a garden view and a wide range of kitchen appliances. The covered outdoor terrace with a large dining table is the best place in the garden for long, lazy evening meals, while the pool terrace is ideal for sunbathing on the deckchairs or lounging in the shade under a parasol. You’ll find a fixed barbecue in the garden as well. There is an extra bathroom with a toilet and shower near the pool for your convenience.

Private and secure parking is available, including the option to charge electric vehicles, making this an ideal holiday spot if you wish to explore the island by electric car.   

ABOUT CONSELL, MALLORCA, SPAIN

Consell is a small inland town next to Binissalem, Santa María del Camí, and Alaró. It lies in the county of Es Raiguer, just 25km from Palma city. Consell runs parallel to the majestic Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, and the stunning surrounding natural landscape and historic vineyards appeal to walkers, cyclists, and wine enthusiasts. Locals flock to the area on Sundays to enjoy the hugely popular flea market.

The village has a variety of small shops catering to locals’ daily needs, including pharmacies, bakeries, butchers, a supermarket, and more. Every Thursday morning, a farmers’ market is held in the main square, Plaça Major.

There is a range of bars and restaurants in Consell serving traditional Mallorcan tapas and meals. Ca Na Maria is famous for its home-cooked Mediterranean dishes, Bar Terrassa S’Oficina has terrace seating and is great for tapas and drinks, and Restaurante Tajer d’Oro is favored for its pizzas. Restaurante Es Rustic Petit is more upmarket and has a romantic roof terrace.
