Located on the Mediterranean Costa Blanca, our villas are located in the exclusive area of Montiboli, which is part of the Fishing Village of Villajoyosa.

It is known for its beautiful natural beaches and the colourfully painted houses on the coast. Home to one of the oldest chocolate factories, with an adjacent museum.

With its three bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms and a guest bathroom spread over two floors, it offers enough space for up to 6 people. All rooms have air conditioning. The interior of the villa is rustic and Mediterranean and mainly uses wood and stone as materials. The facilities, traditional and full of details, complete the general concept of a traditional Villa. The large terrace with a fireplace and an endless view of the sea invites you to enjoy barbecues with friends. There is also a double garage for your cars.
