The villa’s focal point is its four bedrooms, each featuring en-suite bathrooms and satellite TV with global channels, including Netflix. The second living room, situated in the bedroom area, seamlessly connects to the spa on the lower floor, the inviting pool, and the lush garden. This architectural masterpiece spans three floors, each thoughtfully arranged to optimize your living experience.

On the upper main level, an impressive open-plan living space unfolds, revealing mesmerizing sea views. This area encompasses a living room, dining area, kitchen breakfast zone, and a convenient guest toilet. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors lead to a porch, where sofas and a dining table await beneath the enchanting sky, offering a front-row seat to spectacular sunsets. The lounge area boasts a large 75″ TV with access to global channels, including Netflix in Spanish, English, and German.

A staircase descends to the lower level, opening up to the pool and terraces. Here, four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and satellite TV, surround a second living room. The layout ensures privacy, with no bedroom directly adjoining another. All ground floor bedrooms feature direct access to the pool terrace and garden, creating a private retreat reminiscent of a boutique hotel. The master bedroom even enjoys direct access to the pool terrace.

The ground floor also hosts a spacious laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, beach towels, additional bath towels, bath products, sunscreens, and a first aid kit. From the ground floor lounge, step out onto a 40 m2 porch, providing a summer dining area and an expansive chillout sofa, perfect for soaking in the breathtaking sea views.

A true haven of relaxation awaits in the 75 m2 spa located in the basement. This indulgent space includes a hot water Jacuzzi with ozone therapy, a Turkish steam bath with aromatherapy, massage shower, hot beds, a chillout area, and a fully-equipped gym.

The price of your stay covers electricity, including the use of the spa and the heated pool, both high-power amenities. Outdoor furnishings comprise two dining tables, four sofas, ten sun loungers, a ping-pong table, hammock, chill-out mattresses, and a Weber 4-burner gas barbecue.

– Guests will be required to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per person per night.
– A refundable breakage deposit, property-specific, will be necessary upon booking.
– Pool heating, if available and desired, incurs an additional charge of 500 EUR.
