The property is located just a few minutes from the city of Palma, and is very well connected to the airport and the rest of the island, but at the same time, at the gates of our beautiful North Coast and the Tramuntana Mountains, declared World Heritage. by UNESCO in the category of Cultural Landscape.

It is a suites or villas product and can be rented on exclusive basis or individually, with surfaces ranging from 40m2 to 80m2 . All of them have an independent entrance, kitchenette, and large terraces for private use.

THE SUITES

• The suites are located in the main building of the estate and are the larger rooms. 
• Each one presents a different distribution and decoration, respecting the style of the original house.
• Each suite has several rooms, such as living room, dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a porch or terrace for your exclusive use.

THE VILLAS

• The villas are located in buildings close to the main building and are distributed in two rooms, a living room and a room double with bathroom en suite and a kitchenette.
• Each one has an area of about 45 m2 más a large independent private terrace, 40 m2, more than 80 m2 in total.
• Is about very cheerful and bright rooms, in front of a common garden of olive trees and other fruit trees. Its decoration presents more current lines. One of them is specially adapted for the use of people who use wheelchairs

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, where you can enjoy as a couple, as a family, or in the company of friends, start the day with energy, comment on what happened the day before, and plan the wonderful day that awaits us.

If you wish, we can offer you a  a la carte breakfast, and serve it privately in your villa, suite or apartment . If the weather is good we can also serve it on your private terrace. We like to prepare your breakfast with care and give it an exclusive touch for you, the most adapted to your tastes and personal needs. Therefore, the night before you can select what type of breakfast you want to be served the next morning, and where you want to taste it.

The main passion of this project is based around the wine culture. The farm has its own vineyard, and in the near future the construction of a winery is planned to produce the own wines on the estate. 

The wines can be consumed by the pool, your private terrace, the Wine Bar, and other common areas, enjoying the view of the forest, gardens, and vineyards
