Since there is a lot of fruit growing in the valley of Sóller (especially oranges, mandarins and lemons), the villa is excellent for anyone looking for some great team-building activities, retreats, events up to 30 guests, a big family get-together, or a relaxing break for your group. This villa will certainly not let you down, even during the cold winter days, given that all units are perfectly isolated and heated.

The property is rented as a whole with its five separate buildings (“casitas”) with AC and exterior areas. Featuring views onto a central spot, each casita provides accommodation with terraces that will surely appeal to every visitor seeking breathtaking vistas and relaxation. Start every morning with a picture-perfect panorama of the valley from the main house, offering a fully equipped kitchen and a large open-plan living room with bay windows. Enjoy the most dazzling display of raw nature.

With so many amenities to explore at this property, including a heated swimming pool with salt water, a BBQ grill, and, of course, a dining area, we’re optimistic that your stay will leave some lasting memories. You also can explore other outdoor activities such as hiking because the villa has access to hiking trails to port Soller or the town of Soller. 

In total, the villa consists of 6 double bedrooms for 12 people, each of them equipped with a private bathroom that meets all your needs. Guests have at their disposal two kitchens and two dining rooms that cover 120m2.

Sóller

Sóller is historically known for its citrus trade still evident today from the plentiful and lush orchards in the area.  The cute village is made up of narrow cobblestone streets radiating out from the main plaza, with plenty of little eateries and cafes to choose from, ranging from traditional tapas to stylish and modern restaurants. It has a lovely bustling Saturday market featuring local produce, products and crafts.

Port de Sóller

The port of Soller with its picturesque harbour is just minutes away from Sóller itself, with a dedicated vintage tram running from town, and the ‘Blue Flag’ beach rating makes for a perfect family day spent by the water.

Fornalutx

This mountain village near Soller has over a thousand years of history preserved in its untouched architecture and quaint cobblestone streets. A tiny village of only 700 residents, Fornalutx is the ideal location from which to experience authentic and traditional Mallorca. Surrounded by the Serra de Tramuntana it is the perfect base for those who love the outdoors, with an abundance of hiking trails and cycling routes on its doorstep.
