The estate’s nearest village is Banyalbufar, just a 10-minute drive along the scenic coast road. Here, you will find a charming town center, a pretty waterfall, and the historic tower Torre de Ses Animes built to protect from pirate attacks in the 16th century. There is also a good selection of cafés and restaurants to choose from.

In the area of winding village streets and historic agricultural systems, there is the working fishing port of Es Port de Canonge and many coves and beaches for sunbathing and swimming, including Cala Banyalbufar, Es Corral Fals, and Son Bunyola.

The property has planted its own malvasia vineyards, which will give fruit in two years. Tennis court is located on property and there is a sea access to the coastline, although no beach exists.
