At the heart of this home is the meticulously renovated kitchen, a culinary haven designed for accommodating large groups. Crafted by the owners who share a passion for cooking, it boasts two fridges, dishwashers, ovens, a microwave, a spacious stove, and an array of kitchen appliances. The dining room, connecting seamlessly, provides seating for up to 10 adults, fostering communal meals and lively conversations.

Upon entering the villa, a welcoming space awaits—a hub for planning your Mallorcan adventures. This area features helpful tips, local insights, and a guest book, ensuring a well-informed and memorable stay. Between the lobby and the living room, a charming library invites you to indulge in a variety of books, offering a quiet retreat for relaxation.

The living room, adorned with an open fireplace, serves as a cozy focal point, complemented by a large TV with high-speed internet for streaming entertainment. A second living room awaits, equipped with fitness gear, yoga mats, and board games, providing a versatile space for leisure and recreation. With thoughtful design and personal touches, every corner of this villa invites you to feel at home and create lasting memories.

There is a charm to every season in Mallorca. Our house is available to rent all year around and depending on the season you will have a different experiences. November – April is an excellent time for outdoor activities like hikes, cycling and long walks in the countryside. In the evenings you can cosy up by the fire places in the dining room and the living room and enjoy the jacuzzi. May- October it is all about days at pool and the beach with endless alfresco BBQ dinners. Christmas and New year is usually a magical time of the year on the island. The Christmas lights in Palma is a must see and the weather is usually sunny.

ROOMS IN THE MAIN BUILDING, PLUS AN ANNEX

Finca Can Clémentine has five double rooms; all named after the owner’s favourite animals

Hippo

Hippo is the spacious Master bedroom with a double bed, a small sofa, an extra double bed mattress on the floor and a crib. The room has a clothing rail and several chests of drawers. The room has a very spacious en suite with a bathtub, double basins and a toilet.

Meercat

The Meercat room has its own entrance to the garden and terrace where you can enjoy the last rays of the evening sun. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, coffee machine and en suite. Meerkat has a sofa bed in the living room making it the perfect family suite.

Elephant

The bedroom is situated downstairs in the main building with an entrance to the lobby. Elephant has a double bed and a bathroom with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is connected to the second living room of the main house with a sofa bed.

SEPARATE ROOMS 

Two of the rooms have a feeling of being two separate apartments with their own entrance and terraces. These rooms are also perfect family suites.

Armadillo

The apartment Armadillo consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a sofa bed, a small table and two chairs a coffee machine, small fridge and en suite.

Giraffe

This apartment with the best view, and its own entrance and terrace.  It consists of a large room split over two levels. At the elevated level there is a double bed, clothing rail and chest of drawers. A few steps down you will find the living room with a sofa bed and coffee machine. The room has a small and cosy en suite.

The turtle room – a YURT experience

If you want a unique experience you should stay in the yurt. The yurt gives you and opportunity to feel like one with the nature. Wake up by the sun underneath the palm trees and fall a sleep listening to the sounds of the garden. Next to the yurt is our newly renovated pool bathroom with a toilette, shower and basin.

If you prefer to stay indoors, you can curl up next to the fireplace in the living room or watch a film on the large TV. The activity room offers plenty of entertainment as well, with a TV, board games, darts, a Ping-Pong table, yoga mats, a training bench, and weights.

With over 300 years of history, this traditional farmhouse has retained its unique charm and character and is sure to make a lasting impression.

Finca Clémentine sits on the beautiful east side of Mallorca, 30-minutes from Palma’s International Airport and 40-minutes from Palma’s center. In just 10 minutes, you can reach the villages and towns of Felanitx, Porreres, and Campos, where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés. 20-minutes away are some of Mallorca’s best beaches, such as Cala Mondrago and Es Trenc. Near Can Clémentine are great hiking trails, and the nearest golf course is just a 10-minute drive.
