Insider Villas is a story made by two global travelers who live and love where they are. We are a Belgo-Swedish duo of hoteliers with experience operating and opening luxury hotels, including such brands as the Ritz-Carlton, Raffles Seychelles, The Norman Tel Aviv, and more. A love of travel and culture, combined with a passion for great food, wine, and people, has inspired us to share our insider knowledge with you.

Meet Anna

Anna Bauge is a true global citizen born in Sweden. At the age of 16, she set off on an adventure to travel and seek out new experiences around the world. She attended Les Roches in Switzerland and graduated with a degree in Hotel Management in 1994 and Endicott College in 1996. The passion for travel, a thirst for knowledge, and hard work has led Anna Bauge to gain experience in many of the world’s renowned hotels.

Meet Olivier

Olivier Heuchenne, a native Belgian born in Morocco, found his passion for travel early in life. Following this passion, he graduated from the University of Denver in 1991 with a Hotel and Restaurant Management degree. Always fascinated by the world, Olivier was a globetrotter living out his dream before calling Mallorca his home.

The Duo

1996 brought Anna and Olivier together. In the warm California sun, they fell in love. They got married in Barcelona wine country.
They searched the world for a place to settle and call home and traveled to Egypt, Singapore, Seychelles, and Tel Aviv. Finally, Spain became their permanent residence when they fell in love with Mallorca.
