Furthermore, there is a lounge and dining room with direct access to the outside, and a guest toilet, separate bathroom, with a spacious shower and a dressing room. Two of the total four rooms are located also on this level, and one of them has two bunk beds. On the upper floor, the master suite includes a terrace with a fantastic 180°-view over the ocean, dressing room and bathroom and the last room which has a charming atmosphere also has its own balcony. The villa is equipped with a total number of 3 bathrooms.

The entire property amounts up to 2,688 m², of which the living-area comprises 579 m². The outdoor-area has an 8 x 4-meter-long pool is installed as well as adjustable illumination. The sea view can be enjoyed from the upstairs bedrooms. The extensive main kitchen provides a wide range of appliances and wine refrigerators. Additionally, the outdoor kitchen is perfect for preparing BBQ´s.
