The ground floor is comprised of a double bedroom with ensuite and window to the main street (very little traffic). There are 4 double bedrooms, 1 being a double bedded room 1,50 x 2,00 located on the ground floor and two other bedrooms feature 0,90 x 2,00 beds on the first floor. All 4 bedrooms feature ensuite full bathrooms: one inside each bedroom.

Kitchen is an open plan to the living room equipped with induction hob, oven/microwave and dishwasher. additional appliances include the following:

Nespresso machine, Italian coffee maker, toaster, hand blender, juice squeezer, glass blender, kettle
Kitchenware and complete kitchen utensils

The Living room and dining room is made up of an open space with access to the garden with 2 sofas for 8 people and the dining table seats 8 people. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, speakers and WIFI all around.

The garden is a long and narrow strip that features a swimming pool and BBQ complimented by an outdoor table and chairs under a heather roof pergola. Pool loungers for 6 people wrap around the pool which is saline based and self-cleaning pool (7x3m). The house is attached to Cas Padrins (able to connect by the garden). It remains closed unless the two houses are occupied by the same family or group and request it to be open.

ABOUT CONSELL, MALLORCA

Consell is a small inland town next to Binissalem, Santa María del Camí and Alaró in the county of Es Raiguer and just 25km from Palma city. It runs parallel to the majestic Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range and the stunning surrounding natural landscape and historic vineyards appeal to walkers, cyclists and wine enthusiasts. On Sundays locals flock to area to enjoy the hugely popular flea market.

The village has a variety of small shops catering to the daily needs of locals including pharmacies, bakeries, butcher’s, a supermarket and more. Every Thursday morning there is a farmers’ market held in the main square, Plaça Major.

There are a range of bars and restaurants in Consell serving traditional Mallorcan tapas and meals. Ca Na Maria is popular for its home-cooked Mediterranean dishes, Bar Terrassa S’Oficina has terrace seating and is good for tapas and drinks, and Restaurante Tajer d’Oro is a favoured for its pizzas. Restaurante Es Rustic Petit is a more upmarket and has a romantic roof terrace.
