This stylish modern holiday villa showcases 5-bedrooms and suites,  is set on two stories overlooking the bay of Sa Font de Sa Cala and Provencals.  It is all about luxury and tranquility,  space and relaxation. You will be just two minutes away from the beach and coastline, so the views from anywhere in the home are mainly of that endlessly blue sea. Available for 2 week rentals only.

When you arrive to the villa, you can park your car in the driveway that leads you to the main entrance, one level down a set of stairs. The living spaces and one suite can be found on this level that lead to the outdoor spaces, offering panoramic vistas of the coastline and sea right in front of you. The open plan living and dining lounge leads to the kitchen that is also connected to the outdoor dining table. This area is modern and comfortable offering convivial spaces for all to enjoy. A lovely corner offers a sitting corner to enjoy soft cushy seating or lounge chairs that face the sea views from around the pool.

Down a set of steps, is the 2nd bedroom with a large living room, terrace seating, one bedroom and bathroom. This room is private and can be fit for 3 people to sleep in as there is a sleeping sofa. On level one, there are 3 bedrooms consisting of the master suite with walking closets, a living area and larger bathroom, which all open up to the balcony and terrace. The 2 other bedrooms are a twin bedded bedroom and another suite with large terrace that holds 2 sun beds and umbrella.

To enjoy either sunrises or sunsets is an additional terrace that fits comfortably those staying at the villa. The garden is large and made of mediterranean plants, a high hedge for privacy and room to run around. The property is open on the front of the house and the side leading to a second parking space if needed.

Just in front of the villa is an access to the beach via a stone path, however the beach is a short walk from the villa.

From the north, one will be able to admire the coastline of Menorca and wonder to the very tip of Formentor.

Sa Font de sa Cala is a family-friendly cove beach on the east coast of Mallorca surrounded by low cliffs and pine trees. Near to Capdepera, the resort town of Canyamel, and the quaint fishing port of Cala Rajada. The beach has soft sand and clear blue waters that make it a good spot for the dive tours which are offered here. Lounge chairs and umbrellas can be rented and there are several water sports activities for hire including SUP, paddle boats and diving. The facilities include showers and changing areas and while not luxurious they definitely do the trick. There is one beachfront bar and restaurant that serves simple dishes such as fish, hamburgers and some tapas, and a couple of small cafe’s nearby.

If you are looking for a day away from the beach, the Coves d’Artá, are a fun, family-friendly activity that also gets you out of the hot sun for a bit. For golf lovers, there is the nearby Canyamel Golf resort and Capdepera Golf resorts, both of which offer good 18-hole course. For more of a cultural outing, drive to the nearby historic village of Capdepera with its ancient castle, shops, and lovely stone streets. Cycling is very fitting to this area thanks to the rolling hills and the many scenic viewpoints on this north eastern area of Mallorca.
