Beach Villa, Praslin is a new villa situated within a few metres to the Indian Ocean is beautifully situated to enjoy incredible sunsets by the infinity pool.

The space
The villa offers an open plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen and the dining & living area opening out onto the wooden deck and the infinity pool. An outside kitchen with barbecue and outdoor dining furniture services the outdoor life.

The 3 bedrooms with well appointed bathrooms offer privacy and comfort. Bedrooms 1 & 2 with King beds face the sea whilst Bedroom 3 which has the option of converting the King bed into 2 Singles faces the mountains and the front entrance of the villa.

This style of villa is laid out on one level as is a typical style of an island plantation house. The gardens are lush with fruit trees and tropical plants.

Located off the east coast of Kenya, the Seychelles is made up of 115 coral and granite islands—most have protected areas of marine sanctuaries and UNESCO-listed nature reserves, and are home to endemic species like the giant Aldabra tortoises and the rare Coco de Mer palm. You can spend your days hiking through the lush jungles, relaxing on the picture-perfect beaches or diving and exploring the island’s underwater heritage.

Praslin Island

Praslin is known for palm-fringed beaches, like Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio, both bordered by large granite boulders. The main beach, Anse Volbert-Côte D’Or, faces the offshore islet Chauve Souris. Praslin’s rugged, jungle-covered interior is home to Praslin National Park, which encompasses Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve.

If you can bear to stray from your beautiful villa, a rental car is recommended to visit Praslin. The UNESCO heritage site; the Vallée de Mai with its incredible Coco de Mer trees is a must visit as well as Praslin’s lovely beaches. Boat trips to other islands can also be organised for you as well as hiking excursions for the more energetic.

Its location is 3 km from the Lemuria Resort & Golf course with Anse Georgette within walking distance. There are grocery shops nearby and we can also offer a shopping service to those who prefer to stay by the pool. Anse Kerlan is on the West side of Praslin and benefits from beautiful sunsets. There are grocery shops within a few minutes walk from the villa.
