THE JEWEL OF THE CROWN

A modern Paros classic, this airy villa spreads out over one level in a series of cubic spaces which open out into each other, onto the garden, the pool terrace and shady patios to the rear. Together with the lovely location close to Filizi beach, which is a five minute walk away, this makes the villa particularly suitable for families and children.

A highlight is the spacious wooden slatted pergola by the pool, under whose shade built-in couches and a large dining table provide stylish and relaxed lounging and eating areas for the whole group.

ACCOMMODATION

There are 6 bedrooms which are all double bedrooms with sea views with 6 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and toilet.
The breakfast area and kitchen are partly open plan to the living room and indoor dining area: the indoor dining area can seat 8 people at table, while the breakfast nook seats 6.

Outside, the dining area has an outdoor kitchen with grill, and a dining table set up for 14 people.
