Beautiful Day Villa is a magnificent property situated above Tripiti beach on the southeast coast of Paros, near the secluded beaches of Farangkas and the charming port of Aliki. The villa offers easy access to sandy Tripiti beach through a short path, and its proximity to the airport and the Pounda crossing to Antiparos adds to its convenience.

ENTRANCE/POOL LEVEL
Entrance level is the same level as the pool and has the main living space with an open plan living room and dining area.
From there a few steps lead up to the kitchen that opens to a terrace with a dining table and access to the pool area.

Back to the kitchen more steps lead up to;
Double Bedroom 1 – probably the second best room of the house, with queen size bed, doors to a balcony with a sea view. En-suite shower room.

Master suite (2) with private seating area (which can be also configured as two single beds suitable for children), double king-size bed, French doors to a terrace with sunset and sea views. En-suite bathroom with double basins, large shower and bathtub.

A few steps down from the living room are two identical rooms:

LOWER LEVEL 1
Accessed by stairs from the living room.
Double bedroom (5), with a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with sauna and shower and direct access to the gym with its own WC.
This floor also has the staff quarters for use of the house staff and utility areas such as laundry and storage.

LOWER LEVEL 2
Double bedroom Bedroom (6) with a queen size bed, en-suite shower room and starring an outdoor patio with sitting area and access to the parking area and the pool.
Double bedroom (7) with twin beds (that can be pushed together to form a double), en-suite shower room and also starring an outdoor patio with sitting area and access to the parking area and the pool.
