A chic, airy and very spacious waterfront villa, built with love by its glamorous Athenian owner, with generous terraces, a main house and guest house lay-out, pretty gardens, and a wonderful infinity pool commanding panoramic views just above a secluded beach.

A footpath leads from the garden gate along the sea, to a small secluded beach. The property consists of a main house with four bedrooms, an upper guest house with two, a very large pool, and beautifully planted and tended gardens of around 12,000 sq.m.
The views from the pool terrace take in the whole panorama of the islands nearby, and the 6 bedrooms offer Cycladic chic combined with extremely spacious and comfortable living.

The villa is built in traditional Cycladic style with whitewashed cubic blocks and consists of the main house and of the guest house further back.

A wonderful infinity pool commands panoramic views and a spacious, shaded pergola offers an outdoor living area with sofas and coffee tables. Another shaded pergola to the side provides outdoor dining, with a built in BBQ.

ABOUT PAROS, GREECE

This stylish villa set on one level with mainly all bedrooms in the main house has a superb location in relation to the other parts of the island. It is located a short drive of 20 mins to the picturesque port of Naoussa, 30 mins to Paroikia port and just a 5 min drive to Golden Beach that offers a variety of water sports and activities. A 5 minute drive away is the village of Pisso Livadi, with its cute little restaurants, which has kept the character of a Greek fishing village.

Paros is one of our favorite islands for its expansive private, spread out spaces. There are many villas but none that look over one another, allowing for ultimate privacy. As Paros is surrounded by numerous islands immediately around it, it’s always a scenic view from anywhere…

Combining modern with traditional elements in the most unique way, Paros is a mix of traditional Cycladic architecture, vivid nightlife, magical beaches, enchanting rural villages, and historical monuments. Boasting a beautiful natural landscape and 120 km of coastline, Paros has endless blonde-sand beaches, verdant mountains and cliff-top villages galore.

Your activities will be filled with nature as the main theme, from boating to Antiparos or Despotiko, you will be amazed by how close and how beautiful one island is from another. Although Naxos is double the size of Paros, it’s equally as close to Antiparos as it is to Ios or Mykonos, both of which are not a stone throw away but a speedy boat ride away from one another. Paros has a lot of history from byzantine road to tiny villages where the white houses originated from like the town of Lefkes, where you can walk with a guide from the top of the town to Prodromos. A must see spot on your way to Antiparos will be the pit stop at the Blue Lagoon on Panteronisia.
