Designed with respect to local culture and traditions, this first project designed by Studio KO in Morocco provides its guests with the unique opportunity to experience architecture at its most refined and exclusive with the soulful touch that is often overlooked elsewhere. At the end of a majestic alley lined with olive trees, Villa D emerges from a green carpet alternating vegetable garden, orchard, manicured lawn and desert moor, standing there with pride as this land of contrasts with the insolent beauty welcoming it.

Designed and conceived as such, with its multiple living rooms and its spectacular dining room, its almost monastic row of interlocking bedrooms and their communal shower room, its impressive master suite on the first floor and its independent guest pavilions, Villa D will easily accommodate all arrangements and possibilities for family gatherings and friends.
All meals at Villa D are prepared daily by our chef Madame Houriya and her team. Our cuisine is Moroccan and international, both refined and authentic, and prepared from fresh and organic products. Depending on the season, enjoy your breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the deserted garden, on the terrace with a view of the mountain, in the shade under the planted pergola or in our dining room inside the villa D.
INDOOR SPACES
Gorgeous, cosy and tastefully executed, the interiors promise to offer you a cocoon like feel whilst being enveloped by its lush gardens and pretty details. Space is the biggest luxury here and it’s done in such a way that everyone gets their space, be it in the tv room or the large / small living room. As all bedrooms are on one level, it’s easy enough to find one’s way but it’s also private enough not to have to cross paths in the narrow hallways, made expressly to keep the cool within.

You will find bedrooms spread over two buildings, being 7 bedrooms and suites in the main house 3 additional bedrooms in the farmhouse.

THE OUTDOOR SPACES
The 6 hectares park is ideal for a wide range of activities, with a spectacular 25-meters- long infinity pool, open or sheltered outdoor spaces in harmony with the natural landscape. Whatever are your mood or desires , lunch can be taken around our masterful dining room table or simply in the shade of the olive trees on the ground, in the purest Beldi tradition, under the juniper tree filled with birds chirping, in our magnificent garden, in the shelter of the verandas bordering the swimming pool or around our delightful pool, lulled by the gentle sound of lapping water.

Orchard, vegetable garden & farm
Connecting with nature has been the biggest attribute to this villa, as one connects not only to the countless Palm trees filled with dates all year round, but also touch and fall in love with the various animals that make up the story of this pretty farm who count as residents its various cuddly donkeys, peacocks, guinea fowl, hens, roosters and ducks. One may witness local traffic of mama duck with its ducklings promenading in the gardens or you may want to wish a good day to the various donkeys whom you may treat with carrots or sugar!

Located on the road to Ouarzazate at 15 km from Marrakech, Villa D struggles to conceal its beautiful rurality. Beautiful watchful Palm trees surround its imposing pisé / rammed earth silhouette. Its gardens extend from its dry juniper-lined walls to the edge of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains.
