luxury villa with beach access

Overlooking the bustling Tsilivi Bay on the northeastern coast of the island, and just 5km from Zakynthos town, the villa is designed with the best of relaxed, barefoot living in mind—light-filled living spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious bedrooms (up and downstairs) with king-size beds and lavish bathrooms, voluptuous sofas, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious outdoor spaces.
This villa has two bedrooms on separate floors and is ideal for two couples traveling together who want to share a common space or for families with older children who prefer extra privacy. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee on the private top-floor veranda taking in the views of Tsilivi bay, wander down the path to the beach for sunbathing, paddling, and snorkeling explorations, or take a cooling afternoon dip in the private pool while the children play on the lawn. The villa’s interior is design-led with opulent white marble floors, pops of colour, and a breezy open-plan sitting and dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to the pool.

The Gardens

The highlight of this villa and its neighboring villas are the lush, thought through, designed and manicured gardens, which were conceived and designed as a contemporary interpretation of a Mediterranean courtyard garden; citrus trees, ornamental grasses, and borders filled with aromatic plants, their fragrance carried by the soft, warm breeze; intimate courtyards cooled by the tinkle of water, and narrow paths leading to the balmy, sunlit shore lining the azure blue Ionian sea.

Seems like the Ionian Islands could not be more different to the Cyclades, simply because they are on the side of the west coast of Greece and somehow protected. They are equally stunning, perhaps most impressive for their high cliffs, long white sand beaches and close-knit location to land. The Ionian Sea is an elongated bay of the Mediterranean Sea. It is connected to the Adriatic Sea to the north, and is bounded by Southern Italy, including Calabria, Sicily, and the Salento peninsula to the west, southern Albania to the north, and the west coast of Greece, including the Peloponnese. There are a total of 7 islands in this group namely Corfu, Kythera, Lefkada, Paxos, Zakynthos, Kefalonia and Ithaki

A great way to experience the capital and main harbour of Zakynthos, called Zakynthos Town or Chora, is by strolling through the city centre and enjoying its historical sites, souvenir shops, and bustling cafes and restaurants. Walk along the seafront promenade that follows the harbour from the Church of Agios Dionysios to Agios Nikolaos of Molos, a beautiful church dating back to the Renaissance period (1561), and on to the scenic Solomos Square. Take the pedestrian walkway that connects Solomos Square with Agios Markos Square, the historical and cultural center of the island.
