The villa has been designed by one of the best known Greek architects with terraces on every side, sea views from all bedrooms and breathtaking sunsets. A salt-water swimming pool below the house has its own shady pergola with bar, seating and dining areas. The surrounding plot of land of 18,000 square meters offers a combination of local flora, beautiful flowers, a small vineyard, and olive, mulberries, and fig trees.

The entrance level has the main living space with an open plan living room and dining area and kitchen. Living room french doors open up to the terrace and outdoor dining area with a view of the sea.
