The area is lightly populated with villas and guest houses, and the villa is walking distance to a supermarket, offering privacy in a very convenient location.

The property consists of a main house and guest annex, with separate pergolas, terraces, and entrances, and a lovely pool with a very pretty terrace and outdoor barbecue.
