A modern villa spanning over 900 square meters liveable space, 180m2 of which are external patio hosts a total of 6 bedrooms, made up of 3 suites of 65m2 with en-suite bathrooms and another 3 further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

As dining is very much a part of one’s holiday, there is a stunning dine-in kitchen (with 2nd Chef kitchen behind) plus a formal Dining Room to complement the experience in Villa Johanna, however, during summer days, the summer kitchen (WetBar/ refrigerator, Professional Grill (3sections), Professional Pizza Oven) and shaded dining area will be the first option for any guests.

Time to relax in the shade a bit and find some peace away from the rest of the group, then retreat in the Library with card table and games or be joined for a late night game with those you are sharing the summer days with.

Regroup in the dramatic living room equipped with a fireplace, Moon Chandelier, HiFi system all set within a large open space that looks onto the outdoors through large glass windows and no step floors.

The 22 x 5m negative edge lap pool and Jacuzzi with large, shaded verandah awaits you to splash around, catch some sun rays and enjoy life like it should. With so many sunny days on Brač, you will be happy to spend those summer days under the sun.

As the villa is on multiple levels, there is a Lift to take you from the Gym, Sauna, private wine cellar located in the lower level of the villa whilst there is also a master staircase for those more fitting to take the steps.

As summer calls for a vibe, the villa proposes a state of the art indoor and outdoor Bose Stereo Sound System in 3 reception rooms and outside including Karaoke for those wanting to test their talents at singing.

For the cooks and food lovers or green finers, they will find an organic vegetable garden and citrus orchard whilst the car lovers will be able to park their cars indoors.

Located just a 25 minute drive from Villa Ioanna, the airport offers commercial and charter services in the summer (scheduled commercial ex-Zagreb & Bolsano, weekly charters ex-Salzburg, Munich & Vienna).

Nearby Split has a brand new airport, now Croatia’s busiest, with direct flights from Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, London, Paris, Milan, Munich, Rome, Stockholm and Zurich amongst others.

We can arrange water taxi pick-ups directly from Split Airport (there is a convenient dock just 750 meters south of the Airport) which is 30 minutes transfer to a picturesque seaside village just 1.5 km from Tranquility.

ABOUT BRAČ, CROATIA

Since Roman times, Brac has been known for its unique white stone, which was used to build not only Diocletian’s Palace (in Split) but also clads buildings like the White House and the UN HQ. While well-regarded also for its dry wines, olive oil and excellent farm produce, the island is most celebrated for the magnificent “Golden Horn” beach near the resort town of Bol, with its lively night life – just 40 minutes’ drive from Tranquility.

With rolling hills, a dramatic coastline and a national park – Vidova Gora with a 778 metre lookout offering stunning views is nearby — Brac has much to offer.   Enjoy the island’s numerous hiking trails, bike routes and hidden coves amenable for boating or secluded swimming.  Dine under the stars at one of Brac’s excellent bars, hotels and “Konobas” (restaurants); afterwards explore the island’s nightlife, outdoor movie theatres and artisanal shops.

DAY TRIPS BEYOND BRAČ:

The city of Split with its variety of museums, fine dining, concerts and shopping is only a 15 minute water taxi ride or a 50 minutes ferry ride away. The island of Hvar lies just to the south of Brac, and is accessible by direct ferry – 60 minutes, water taxi – 20 minutes). Beyond – the whole of the Dalmatian coast awaits you.
