A 3-bedroom country house with an extra 1-bedroom detached guest house featuring 4 bedrooms in total, 3 of which are in the main house, all on one level, of 328m2. The villa looks onto the valley and enjoys sprawling views of Palma, the cathedral and the bay of Palma, a short 12-minute drive.

The gardens are spread over 5 hectares of Mediterranean gardens with an organic garden, 50 olive trees, various citrus and almond trees. The front of the house features a covered lounge and dining porch with an extra covered area by the swimming pool that will host a large dining table. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house plus a detached gust house with a separate suite and bathroom with its own private terrace.

The house has been recently refurbished to Scandinavian standards with fresh and open interiors that overlook the external and well curated gardens that also include an organic garden with lettuces and seasonal vegetables. During the summer days, plenty of dining spaces to choose from with cover or indoors as an extension to the open kitchen.

A large living room joins a study that holds soft seating and a desk, however, there are plenty of other areas to enjoy a book or a quiet moment to meditate and take in the beautiful scenery.

Establiments is a town that is a 12 min drive to Palma and holds weekly markets, has a small-town centre and a few casual restaurants although there are some nice wineries nearby. It is neighbouring to Esporles, which is a like a village out of a story book and there are just as many options to dine as well as culture to learn from.

ESTABLIMENTS (PALMA)

Establiments dates to the 16th century, although the area surrounding the district has been occupied for much longer. Prehistoric remains were found in the Son Bauçà caves and Ca’n Mallol, as well as some talayot remains. During the period when much of Spain was under Muslim rule, approximately from the 700s-1400s AD, agriculture developed in the area.

After the conquest of Mallorca by the Kingdom of Aragón, the land was transferred to Nunó Sanç. For centuries, the agrarian structure of the area was rooted in possessions of large estates. Establiments emerged from upland rustic parceling of these possessions.” The name Establiments comes from the word for “establishments” or possessions in Mallorquin, a dialect of Catalan.
