Stari Grad is a town on the northern side of the island of Hvar in Dalmatia, Croatia. One of the oldest towns in Europe, its position at the end of a long, protected bay and next to prime agricultural land has long made it attractive for human settlement.
Cliff Villa is pristinely located along the coast, where you can enjoy endless sea views from all rooms. Ample indoor and outdoor living spaces, restaurant-quality kitchens, private heated infinity pools, and lush gardens bring the Adriatic Sea to your doorstep. Our villas are a homage to Mediterranean living.
All living spaces face the sea complimented by a lovely panoramic terrace allowing for superb views of the sea and an easy access to the swimming pool and deck. All bedrooms face the sea or pool and feature ensuite bathrooms, some with bathtubs. The living spaces are open plan allowing for fun living whilst using the comfortable design furniture, kitchen and dining room, although there is an outdoor space to enjoy meals at all times of the day outdoors.
This villa is the epitome of mindful luxury when it comes to privately enjoying the gym workout, a relaxing massage or a private yoga session or simply diving into the swimming pool directly in front of your bedroom, if on the ground floor. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor.
HOW TO REACH THE VILLAS:
Hvar and the surrounding Pakleni Islands Archipelago lie in the northeast Mediterranean basin, located just a short flight from most mainland European cities. The villas are located on the Maslina Resort which stretches across two hectares of lush pine forest with the crystalline Adriatic Sea at your fingertips. A 15-minute stroll along the coast leads you to the UNESCO-protected town of Stari Grad, which is one of the oldest towns in the Eastern Adriatic.
The closest local and international airports to Hvar island are Split, Dubrovnik, and Brac. A helipad is also on the island, just 1.5 kilometers from Maslina Resort.
Private speed boats are available to transfer guests from Split Airport to Maslina Resort in only 60 minutes. The Split Ferry Terminal is reachable by bus, taxi, or arranged private transfer from Split Airport. The ferry takes approximately two hours from the Split city center to the Stari Grad Ferry Port on Hvar Island, just a short walk from Maslina Resort. Alternatively, the catamaran takes approximately one hour to Hvar town. Upon request, complimentary pick-up from Stari Grad Ferry Port is available. The Maslina team can assist you with a private speed boat transfer from the Split city center (60 minutes), Dubrovnik (3.5 hours), or Brac (25 minutes).
