The various types of gardens are a focal point and include an area ideal for hosting an event in paramount privacy. Several plots of land are dedicated to olives and almonds, and because the estate produces wine and olive oil, there is a clear connection to the earth and nature. The property also features a family of ponies, donkeys and different bird species that roam freely on the grounds.
The main house features various living spaces from formal to informal living rooms, a library that’s adorned with a map of the Balearic Islands with a wide selection of books to leaf through, and a billiards room that adds to the fun element during one’s holiday.
The inner courtyard designed in an Andalusian style is perfect for an afternoon or evening moment to catchup. In the interior, there is a breakfast room and a more formal dining room that is decorated with a local flare. Crystal chandeliers provide an impressive ambience, and ancient horse feeding buckets filled with the estate’s dried lavender add a wonderful touch.
A magnificent and theatrical Italian made kitchen is a work of art with top-of-the-line professional country style appliances, and offers a perfect space to bring everyone together to enjoy memorable meals during the holidays.
The swimming pool and relaxation element is key to this estate with the beautiful large pool that can be heated all year round, and an adjacent bar overlooking the manicured gardens, sprawling vineyard and impressive Tramuntana mountain range. As the property is expansive, it comes equipped with chauffeur driven golf buggies to get around the property.
The crown jewel of this property is most certainly the luxurious spa, including a gym and indoor swimming pool which is heated to an inviting 28 degrees celsius all year round. Located in front of the main villa the spa features a room for beauty treatments and massages, a hair salon, a salt room with chaise longues to relax on, and a world-class gym with the latest equipment. The wet area features an ice bath, a variety of shower sprays, a sauna and a hammam but the pièce de résistance is the snow room – complete with an on-demand snowmaking feature.
This luxury villa offers daily service comprising housekeeping, a chef and a villa estate manager. Just a short drive from Pollensa the property is ideal for a large family or friends to enjoy long lazy days on Mallorca.
