The highlight of the property is the elegant Indian green marble infinity pool accessed from the terrace incorporating mood lighting and a built in jacuzzi and surrounded by stone and grassy lawns.

Set on 2 levels, this stylish 500m2 home has a seamless flow between the living and outdoor spaces thanks to the generously oversized bay windows, which fold back into a clean fold. 3 of the bedrooms are spread across the ground level with access to the outdoors from some rooms and all with natural light. The master bedroom is a work of art with its oversized Divan double bed overlooking the terrace and views to the sea. All beds are with Vi spring mattresses, crisp 100% Egyptian cotton 800TC. All bathrooms are equipped with Hans Grohe faucets, rain showers and Duravit ceramics.

Designed by Grace Studios this home had the concept of Feng Shui incorporated, accompanied by designer furniture and accessories from renowned artists. LED lighting both inside and inside the house set the mood in the evening.  Underfloor heating and air conditioning are throughout the house.

ABOUT THE AREA

Bendinat is one of Mallorca’s most exclusive neighbourhoods and home to some of the island’s wealthiest residents. Quiet and secluded, yet in close proximity to both the capital and buzzing neighbouring marina of Puerto Portals only adds to its appeal.

There is a good selection of supermarkets, shops and restaurants within walking distance, and a small beach between Puerto Portals and Illetas, ideal for holiday makers with young families. Nearby in Illetas you will find first class facilities, shaded sun beds and restaurants, a holistic massage centre, some exclusive clothes shops and chic beach bars that open late into the evening. For water sports enthusiasts, sailing and diving tuition is available on the beach at Puerto Portals, located just a short walk around the headland. For keen golfers the Real Golf de Bendinat is one the finest courses on the island.

Most of the best dining options are situated in the area’s hotels, such as Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the restaurant of Bendinat Hotel and known for serving one of the best paellas on the island. The Astir Gourmet Restaurant at the seaside five-star Grand Portals Nous is more modern and stylish, with an international menu that combines local organic produce with Mallorcan flavours. Niko’s Place at the Lindner Golf Resort hotel offers a more casual family-friendly experience.
