The new owners wanted to keep the original essence and preserved the facade and its decorative ornaments after buying and renovating the house. Thanks to that, this building is registered as a listed building in Mallorca – and the only villa with a swimming pool in town.

It features five modern bedrooms filled with carefully selected furniture, beddings, and accessories designed for flawless pleasure and comfort. Although every room looks different, they still belong together and are one entity that serves as a relaxing destination, offering you serenity and tranquility.
