Almanara Casa is a newly refurbished family estate with its own private gated entrance. This stunning finca is bordered by 400 olive trees which produce its own organic extra virgin olive oil and sits within 15,000 square meters of private grounds. Conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the heart of Palma, the estate exudes a sense of seclusion amid the rural surroundings.

The house sleeps 10 comfortably with five double bedrooms, all ensuite.

The master bedroom has access to an outside balcony which boasts beautiful mountain views to one side and views of the olive grove to the other. Here you will have access to a high-end Nohrd rowing machine, boxing bag, treadmill, and yoga mats for use during your stay. It has its own walk in closet and is has a large bathroom with bath and walk in shower.
Each room has been beautifully designed to create a sense of peace, calm and balance.

The heart of the home is the open plan kitchen, dining and living area where families can gather to cook, play games or watch a movie by the huge log fire. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a spacious larder to store everything you all need during your stay.

Every room includes a Sonos speaker system, which can be conveniently managed via the app, as can the pool area and outside terrace. The entire house has underfloor heating and air conditioning in every room. Can Lull features a state-of-the-art cinema with smart TV capabilities and fiber optic high speed internet. Easy parking and access are provided via an automatic gate and a covered garage.

Outside there is a large pool, an outdoor BBQ and a covered terrace for long leisurely summer lunches or magically garden lit family dinners with access to a fire pit and outside heating to warm you in the colder months.
