Stylish, historical country home in S’Horta, Mallorca offering private pool and partial sea views up to Cabrera,

This stylish and recently upgraded holiday finca is set in a very private location close to S’Horta on a hill with panoramic views. Finca Can Talaieta offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (+ 2 Sofabeds in the suites) and is suitable for 12 adults and 4 children. The finca is surrounded by manicured  gardens with different terraces offering scenic views onto the large pool. It can also work as a 4 bedroom villa within the main areas of the villa.

Finca Can Talaieta offers 650m2 of living area spread over 2 floors. The large entrance-hall is connecting the different wings and living areas. All are connected to the main house and can be accessed through the main entrance; two units can be accessed from the outside as well. Those two rooms could be locked if a 4 bedroom set-up is required.

To the left is a large living room with open fireplace, comfortable lounge and a large flat screen television with satellite TV. Next to the living room is the entrance to the first suite (Duplex) with a private lounge and terrace, bathroom with shower on the ground floor and a double bedroom with adjoining toilet on the first floor.

To the right of this impressive entrance hall is the second living area with a large and professional kitchen, including 2 fridge/freezers, gas hob, 2 dishwashers etc. The kitchen is like a canvas, an open set up, with a counter towards the dining room, it has an exit to a romantic little patio, which is the ideal place to enjoy a tranquil breakfast.

Adjoining the indoor dining area is another twin bedroom facing its private bathroom.

The dining room gives access to the second sleeping area on the 2nd floor. It offers 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite and air-conditioning. Both bedrooms have their own private lounge. One has a private, partially shaded terrace and partial sea views. The second bedroom has a large bathroom with shower and a sofa bed.

Onto the upper level by way of steps, the third sleeping area with two bedrooms en-suite. One of the bedrooms has a suite feel, the second bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the pool and the gardens.

A fully equipped and a recently renovated kitchen will become the center of the finca when hosting family gatherings, yoga retreats or high level meetings in the middle of pristine countryside, outside of  S’Horta and Cala d’Or.

The clever layout of the rooms, the variety of terraces and the large outdoor area, provide the space to relax and unwind and to enjoy the perfect holidays.

This traditional finca is set in one of the most exclusive areas of Mallorcas south-east coast. Finca Can Talaieta is surrounded by lush gardens and offers splendid views of the countryside. The mansion dates back to the 16th century and has been lovingly restored with attention to detail. Being close to Porto Colom and the south-east cost, which is popular for the romantic bays and fine sandy beaches, this country finca has all it needs to spend the most enjoyable holidays. The Vall d’Or golf course with its splendid views of the sea is nearby and offers a fine dining restaurant with excellent reputation. The area offers a wide variety of activities from hiking to cycling and all water sports facilities like diving, sailing and jet skiing. The beaches are in easy driving distance.
