House on the seafront. With excellent views of the entire bay of Palma. Perfect for working remotely with great WiFi. You can have breakfast overlooking both the sea and the cathedral. The beach is just 8 metres from the house. Between the house and the sea only a quiet pedestrian promenade separates us, it is ideal for children as there are no cars. On the same walk you can find 2 restaurants, one of them is on the beach.
The Beach Rock House has three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room, a library, and a kitchen overlooking the Bay of Palma.
It also has terraces overlooking the sea and the city of Palma.The front terrace is pedestrian with a bike lane that spans the entire Bay of Palma. The house measures about 250 square meters and 80 meters of terraces

A former fishing hood, El Molinar is made up of very ‘quadricular’ streets that stretch from the main road to the beaches and in the same manner that all roads lead to the beach, so to here exist simple holiday and full time residents who live in simple beach houses or cottages. Reminding us a bit of how life used to be, simple and slow, it might also resemble the California hoods of the beach cities, only smaller! Next to El Molinar is Portixol which has become the fancy 2nd residences for the Mallorcan’s foreign partial residents whilst on the other side is Can Pastilla which is the windy spot in Palma’s suburbs and outskirts. Although it’s not far from the airport, one will not be disturbed by the flights landing just beyond this charming town. Many love to hang out and people watch in the bars, ports or nautical clubs, whislst others walk or run or skateboard their way up and down the never ending boardwalk.
