Villa Pomegranade is a private countryside retreat where traditional Mallorcan character meets relaxed contemporary living. Set among vineyards and sleepy villages near Binissalem, the estate feels wonderfully secluded, yet Palma is only 20 minutes away.

Arranged across three generous floors, the main house offers five en-suite bedrooms, complemented by a separate guest house, making the property particularly well suited to extended families, groups of friends or guests travelling with staff. In total, Sa Magrana accommodates up to 12 guests.

Built in the style of a traditional Mallorcan finca, local stone, exposed beams, wooden shutters and warm neutral tones give the house an authentic sense of place. Air conditioning and underfloor heating ensure comfort throughout the seasons.

Life at Sa Magrana naturally gravitates outdoors. The swimming pool is surrounded by generous terraces, while a shaded lounge and outdoor kitchen set the scene for long lunches, relaxed barbecues and evenings beneath the stars. Fruit trees and a flourishing kitchen garden provide fresh seasonal produce for guests to enjoy, adding a lovely farm-to-table dimension to the experience.

The villa also offers an impressive collection of amenities, including a private gym with Peloton, rowing machine and free weights, a sauna overlooking the countryside, and a dedicated cinema and games room.

Despite its wonderfully peaceful inland setting, Palma is within easy reach and some of Mallorca’s best beaches can be reached in under 40 minutes.

Sa Magrana is ultimately about slowing down. It is somewhere to wake to silence, spend the day surrounded by nature and enjoy the simple luxury of having space, privacy and the people you love around you.
