This villa is built with the highest quality materials and decorated with beautiful designer furniture, including the main sofa made of Italian leather by Poltrona Frau. The villa features natural wood floors with underfloor heating, air conditioning throughout, a Sonos music system, a large TV with Sky, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, a modern gas fireplace, and a home management system.

The highlight of the property is the elegant infinity pool made of green Indian marble, accessible from the terrace, with ambient lighting and an integrated jet sprays surrounded by stone and grass.

Spread over two levels, this elegant 500m² house has a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces thanks to oversized windows that fold away neatly. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, some with outdoor access and all with natural light. An additional double room is located on the mezzanine level with ensuite bathroom.

The master bedroom is a work of art, featuring a large Divan double bed overlooking the terrace and the sea. All beds come with Vi-spring mattresses and crisp 100% Egyptian cotton 800 thread count sheets. All bathrooms are equipped with Hans Grohe fixtures, rain showers, and Duravit ceramics. One will enjoy a large terrace with its own sun loungers and private access from the main entrance.

The house has underfloor heating and air conditioning throughout. There is an impressive and spacious living area that opens directly to the covered terrace, as well as a beautiful and modern kitchen.

The weekly rate includes a change of sheets and towels twice a week and 4 hours of cleaning 2 days a week. Gardening and regular maintenance expenses are included
