With access to the sea, this villa is also nearby some restaurants and shops in the area. The front of the house is equipped with a large overflow swimming pool that can be heated and a direct access to the sea through a locked gate. Accessing the villa from this electric gate ensures complete privacy and a space to park one’s own vehicle when arriving. A large lawn covers a good half of the property and features large olive trees and mediterranean plants.

Through the main door is a secured door and shutters, security code in case one may want to use the alarm although this is not essential. On one side is a bedroom with 2 single beds and its ensuite bathroom. On the right side is an office with a desk and bookshelves, toys, table games and includes hi-speed WiFi and a printer if needed.

The rest of the ground floor hosts the kitchen to the left, a 3 room living room, dining room and bar, which all lead to a stunning terrace overlooking the infinity pool and sea views. Malpas is the ideal villa rental in Alcudia as it’s one of the most luxurious and private homes in the area. The house is made up of 3 levels with the ground level being the area to relax, socialise and the basement is where the wine cellar, home cinema, spa/gym are located along with the 2 service rooms and laundry room.

The 2nd level hosts 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and each room has its own view to the sea or the garden, and the tower level hosts the villas rooftop with its complete lounge setup including shading for a private spot.
