Villa Mahe is located at the heart of Royal Palm Residences, a private, gated estate in the hills of La Misere, on Seychelles’ main island of Mahe. Ideally positioned in the central part of the island, the property offers easy access to most attractions and is no more than a 20 minute drive from the majority of beaches on the north, east and west coasts whilst being only 10 minute drive from the Capital Victoria and the International Airport.

Royal Palm Residences is Seychelles’ one and only secure private estate, the idea for which was conceived in 2007. The estate is a beautifully landscaped stretch of land which borders the Salazie National Park, from which the property takes its name. The property is made up and surrounded by lush, virgin vegetation and offers spectacular views of the Indian Ocean and the Inner islands.

The Villa encompasses over 2400 square meters of built area and includes 6 guest bedrooms, three of which are individual stand-alone buildings with their own private pool. Additional features include a wine cellar, gym, massage pavilion, games room & bar as well as the longest swimming pool in the Seychelles at 49 meters. The villa can accommodate up to 12 adult guests whose needs will be taken care of by a personal butler as well as a dedicated team, including a Private Chef.

The Main Villa, accommodates three bedrooms, a living room, dining and kitchen area, a wine cellar and adjacent games room and bar with an additional kitchenette. On the main level, the open kitchen features English cabinetry, Miele appliances and a Chef’s Table set up for the dining area. The entire main floor is surrounded by a 360 degree wide verandah, which can be used according to the season to ensure the possibility for all year, outdoor living. The middle level accommodates an additional bedroom as well as a fully stocked, sommelier-selected wine collection. Also on this level, is a games room with a large TV, perfect for guests to watch their favourite sporting events or movies, with a fully stocked bar and adjacent kitchenette.

At the pool level, guests will find arguably the  most impressive swimming pool of the Seychelles which features heating, an infinity edge on three sides and a jacuzzi. Also nearby is the gym area, a dining pavilion and kitchenette to serve the pool area.

The additional bedrooms are stand-alone, spacious, light and airy, all with magnificent views of the surroundings. Two of the bedrooms have private pools whilst one bedroom adjoins an extension to the main pool.

The villa is appointed in the finest of materials including Italian and Greek marble, sustainable hardwoods and high quality fittings and fixtures.

Mahe Island

Mahé is the largest island in the Seychelles archipelago. The island is also home to Victoria, Seychelles’ capital, known for Creole architecture and a colourful covered market with wares like fish, fruit and clothing.
