With 150 m² of living space, the interiors feel warm and inviting. A comfortable living room and a separate TV room provide space to relax, while the TV room can easily be transformed into an additional bedroom if required. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to enjoy relaxed meals at home, complemented by a spacious porch overlooking the surrounding rice fields.

Outside, the private swimming pool and generous sun deck create the perfect setting for long summer days, while the peaceful rural surroundings ensure complete privacy. Evenings can be enjoyed beside the cozy fireplace, adding warmth and atmosphere to cooler nights.
