This 19th century masseria is located in the heart of the Itria Valley in Puglia, among the immense expanse of centuries-old olive trees that crown the the valley.

The property is located a few kilometers from the Adriatic Sea with sandy beaches and the towns of Torre Canne and Savelletri di Fasano, while Ostuni is just 15 minutes away.

Built-in the second half of the 1800s and known as ‘Ottava Piccola’, Masseria San Giovanni it is a classical example of a fortified Apulian farmhouse with its own olive oil mill and consecrated church where ceremonies can still be held.
