There is no shortage of modern comforts, as the villa offers an outdoor swimming pool and several entertainment areas, both indoors and outdoors.

There is plenty of space for the whole family in the main living room on the ground floor. It has big French doors to the outdoor terrace and the 9mx4m pool, where you can relax on sunbeds and soak up the sun. After all, Hvar is the sunniest island in the whole of Croatia. 

The ground floor also offers a cozy study with a sofa bed and a double bedroom. The study and the bedroom share a bathroom. Both rooms have French doors with direct access to the garden. The gated garden ensures full privacy and offers both sunny and shady terraces, allowing you to feel comfortable outside throughout the day. 

The attic hosts two double bedrooms on the first floor and an ensuite double bedroom. The first-floor bedrooms share a bathroom and offer direct access to a spacious entertainment room crafted with elegance and comfort in mind. A fully-equipped American kitchen with a dining area makes entertaining a distinct possibility. An exquisite terrace allows you to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors. Below, the garden invites you to sit back and relax after a long day.

Living in a typical Mediterranean villa, your summer kitchen is the place to be. It’s outfitted with all the amenities you need to live the good life: a barbecue and a sink, so you can enjoy adventurous summer meals with up to ten friends.

Letting the stress melt away as you casually sip a cold drink or indulge in a good book on your private balcony is all part of the experience. 

The glistening waters have many treasures to offer, such as diving, snorkeling, sipping wine alongside a seafood BBQ picnic, or exploring limestone caves. If you prefer land-based activities, there are plenty of opportunities to explore nearby towns and villages by bike or foot. About the area

As the island retreat of choice for European jet setters and celebrities alike, it’s easy to see why Hvar is the most visited of all southern Dalmatian islands. Sun-soaked beaches, lavender-scented hinterlands, and cobbled medieval towns provide a welcome change of pace from the seemingly endless choice of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.

The old town has an abundance of elegant ancient buildings punctuated by majestic St Stephen square. A striking fortress sits above it and on either side the seaside promenade curves around pine-fringed coves and pebbly beaches. Just offshore are the beautiful Pakleni Islands easily reachable by boat.

Restaurants in Hvar mainly offer tasty, authentic basic dishes, predominantly showcasing fish, seafood, and pasta. They tend to cater to conservative local tastes, so you won’t find much extravagance on the plate. For more variety head to the hotel restaurants that serve an international clientele.

For some fantastic nightlife, the renowned Carpe Diem nightclub and lounge manages a luxury beach club on Stipanska island and runs visitors out on a private boat.

Villa Estella is located 3km from the sea, in the small and quiet village of Vrbanj. It lies between Stari Grad (5km), Vrboska (2km), Jelsa (3km), Pitve (3km), Svrice (2km), and Hvar (15km).
