Villa Paradise 2 is an elegant beachfront residence located only fifteen metres from the soft white sands and crystal-clear waters of Santa Maria Beach, one of the most beautiful coastal locations on the island of Paros. Combining modern Cycladic design with contemporary comfort, the villa offers a refined yet relaxed atmosphere perfectly suited for family holidays or gatherings with friends.

The villa accommodates up to nine guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. On the ground floor, the master suite features its own en-suite bathroom, while two additional double bedrooms share a bathroom, creating a comfortable layout ideal for families travelling together. The first floor hosts an additional en-suite bedroom that enjoys greater privacy and elevated views of the surrounding landscape.

The interiors are designed for effortless living, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, bright open living areas and smart home technology throughout. Air conditioning, underfloor heating and integrated indoor-outdoor sound systems ensure comfort in every season.
