Villa Colibri’s outdoor area is a great place for soaking up the warm Mediterranean sun and admiring the breath-taking sea views. Its highlight is the beautiful heated infinity pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by an extensive terrace with sunbeds. The large wooden table in the shade offers the perfect place for gathering with family and friends and enjoying delicious meals. For the balmy summer evenings, guests can also set up a barbecue.

The property’s main villa is set on three levels, where a total of ten guests can sleep in the five well-appointed bedrooms. Entering the villa on the ground floor, guests will be welcomed into an entry hall that leads to the expansive living room with a fireplace. Adjoining the living room are the dining room, the salon and a spacious, open, fully equipped kitchen. All these areas open onto the large terrace with its infinity pool and gorgeous sea views.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a fireplace, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the same level, there are another two en-suite bedrooms. All three bedrooms have splendid ocean views and access to a terrace with sunbeds. The main villa’s lower level comprises two more bedrooms that share a bathroom, a cinema room and a laundry.

The three independent luxury apartments are located on the same estate, but are independent of the main villa. Each apartment has a private entrance, a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. The three apartments have a total of five bedrooms. The first apartment’s two double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the second apartment’s two double bedrooms share a bathroom. The third apartment has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
