The chalet, with its 2 double bedrooms, makes it perfect for a family of four. Two further sleeping arrangements are available to accommodate for a total of 6 people. The chalet placed great emphasis on the use of exclusively natural materials from the region in order to preserve the original character.

The rustic kitchen has ample space for cooking evenings to discover the culinary diversity of Austria. The kitchen consists of a refrigerator, freezer, Berkel cutting machine and a wine climate cabinete. Relax in the spacious outdoor area, which offers incredible views of the Kitzbühel Alps, or indoors at the open fire place during the cooler seasons.

The chalet features two BBQ areas, an outdoor shower, and a panoramic sauna with the option to cool off in the mountain lake afterwards. The region around the Seebichlweg offers a multifaceted variety of opportunities for leisure activities. In addition to sporting activities such as mountain biking on the Kitzbüheler Horn, fly fishing or hiking on one of the many trails it offers you the opportunity to stroll through the streets of the 700 year old town past international designer boutiques and quaint Tirolean inns.

Access to the chalet is an unpaved road and an SUV is recommended. In the winter months, access between 9am and 5pm is not permitted and a shuttle with our snowmobile can be arranged.

BBQ FUN IN THE ALPS Enjoy a fun-filled BBQ on the open fire place with fresh meats from the local butcher. A private chef will deliver all ingredients and if you like you can join him with the preparations and may prise out the recipe for this lovely BBQ.
